1 pound cooked, peeled and deveined Georgia Shrimp, finely chopped

1/3 C crushed crackers

3 green onions, finely chopped

½ C Honey Kissed Turnips, finely chopped

½ C green bell pepper, finely chopped

¼ C mayonnaise

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Creole mustard

2 T Honey Kissed Turnips brine

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

Mix the above ingredients and form into cakes.

Lightly dust in flour and pan fry until golden brown on both sides.
